Is that against discrimination laws? Could have sworn that was supposed to be illegal.

I mean if you say you're going to hire a black person that means you will not hire a non black person due solely to the color of their skin.

But I guess if Biden is allowed to be racist then it's ok for a governor to be racist against anyone that isn't black also.
