My former neighbor's wife has parkinsons and she is 77 years old... he is 80 and has had two heart attacks... they live in California next to the home I use to own... they both still work because they need health benefits to survive...
Without the benefits from their jobs healthcare beyond medicare will cost them $900 per month for supplemental and medigap plans for their meds part D and part 2...
