Europe had and has its share of despots, theocratic and autocratic nuts just as any other Continent.

However it ALL reverts to history, therefore you can't just simply blank it out - so as to suit your agenda.

The Global South - certainly has more bizarre and autocratic leaders - then the Global North. Which is logical since they have 2-3 times the amount of States then the Global North.
I would not agree to the term human-rights "haters". Their cultures and religions simply do not share the "definition" nor the hypocrite usage of Human rights, propagated by the Global North.
