This tax would be collected from the farmers and then their own tax money would be given back to the farmers to put masks on their cows to capture methane cow burps. How stupid is that?

How so .. as a young lad in the 60's our family moved to New Zealand and the country was ridiculously socialist, so much so that my parents had to pay off several corrupt government officials to end up leaving the country near penniless.
