Not one of them plans on voting for either should they choose to run again, based solely on this issue...

Hmmmm not sure about that, testing is done at many places now including churches and gyms.....people are getting tested now because they can not just because they went to a hospital with symptoms, thats why the numbers have increased so much. And states with low testing numbers will....guess what...have lower cases and deaths.
