- let a bunch of "non violent offenders" (burglars and thieves) out of jail, check.
- impose a lockdown of all businesses so no one is in them, check.
- stop all "stop and frisk" of anyone violating curfew/lockdown and wearing a hoodie while carrying a crowbar, check.
- encourage people to wear face masks, check.
