I would submit that making more radical socialists into doctors, and other well-paid professionals in inherently a good thing.

It's natural for someone in poverty to believe Socialism is a viable solution to their plight.

But, nothing is more likely to turn someone into a fiscal conservative than seeing their income depleted by taxes and malpractice insurance.
