I don't believe in cutting taxes at all until we get a handle on spending and amortize the federal debt. I also don't believe all that is good must come out of Washington in regard to helping those in need.

Trump is fine raising the top tax rate to 40%, we need to make that happen.

A new study shows that new policies in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, paired with the Trump administration’s tariffs, will leave the bottom 99 percent of Americans with less after-tax-and-transfer income by 2027, while the top 1 percent benefit—per combined scores from nonpartisan analysts.

We do need to raise taxes so MAGA is right about that. Unfortunately they are raising them on those who can afford it the least while cutting it from those who can afford it the most. I for one think this is a great policy.
