We do need to raise taxes so MAGA is right about that. Unfortunately they are raising them on those who can afford it the least while cutting it from those who can afford it the most. I for one think this is a great policy.

I don't believe in cutting taxes at all until we get a handle on spending and amortize the federal debt. I also don't believe all that is good must come out of Washington in regard to helping those in need.

I guess I just believe that the richest nation in the world should have healthcare for its citizens that doesnt send them to bankruptcy when they get sick, that single moms and children get support when they don’t have it, and that getting old with dignity is reasonable.

What benefits did Trump cut for the poor?
1. The ACA subsidies expire 12/31/2025, Trump didn't cut them
2. Trump made no tax on SS, OT, or Tips.

3. The same tax rates we had since 2017 were extended, none were cut or raised.
