Star Trek Academy takes place in the 32nd Century.

There will be no "majority"/"minority". They/We will all essentially be "mutts" but that time.

As we've seen even within the last 200-300 years, increased travel sees the rise of mixed ethnicities with the rate increasing rapidly since the advent of cheap and efficient air travel. Now take the last hundred years and accelerate that over 1,200 years.
