Bill Maher and I agree on very little, if anything, sociopolitically, but I love him. He is one of the few leftists with a voice who actually engages in thinking, even critical thinking, and intellectual honesty. I am one of his biggest fans and the commentary in that video was brilliant to both acknowledge and recognize somebody using his good fortune to actually help others in tangible ways and the feckless insanity of the woke who can't praise that but find some way to demean or criticize or unkindly characterize it.

Mostly 'The Beast' is excoriated for actually doing something tangible and materially helpful for people instead of engaging in social engineering platitudes, rhetoric, and social dogma and concepts that sound noble but never seem to help anybody or any thing. He shares a lot in common with Donald Trump that way.
