None of this is anything NEW! It's been going on for DECADES.......every since slavery got retitled to "employment".

There's always, ALWAYS people that think they just have to show up and get a paycheck for free, doing no work, or just pretending to look busy all day. In the areas I've worked in, it's mostly been blacks that are the slackers and clock riders.

Same goes for people that hold more than one job.

And these pussified wimps apparently think a JOB is some sort of "safe space" or security blankie.......not something you HAVE to do in order to pay the fucking BILLS every month!!! They need some heavy duty psychiatric therapy!!

China is correct. Americans have raised lazy, worthless spawns of couch potatoes. Not gumption, no respect, no aspirations, no ethics, no manners, no nothing except "GIMME, GIMME, GIMME"!! And this is yet another foothold the legal immigrants and illegals have here.....most of them are WILLING to work for the things they want.

They are also called LOSERS, POSERS, TURDS, and SLACKERS.


Companies have brought this all on themselves though. First they cut out paying the Cost of Living raises. Then they cut standard raises from 10% to 3% or LESS. Then they stopped giving raises on the work one does, in favor of "blanket raises". They cut down on the amounts of benefits they will pay. They cut down on the benefits themselves. They cut out orientation and training. Then they turned the HR department into a company Gestapo against employees. Then managers aren't required to be trained in ACTUAL managerial skills OR be professional. And the wages in this country have been stagnated since 2008!

Is it any wonder employees don't give a shit???
