Said it before and I'll say it again: at this point Trump missed his opportunity to improve the economy before the midterms. To the average person, he's off dickering around in the middle East while gas prices skyrocket, home prices aren't better, etc.

Republicans will lose the midterms, and the nation will be worse off under stifling and horrible Democrat policies.

The true problem is that Trump hasn't been as focused on the US as he has been on Israel. Part of me is glad that he's preventing Iran from starting a nuclear war, but now he's pissed off Iran and now they're threatening us. I don't miss Biden at all, but at the same time we weren't in this kind of trouble before.

Im not arguing. I havent voted Republican in about a decade but pretty much any Republican besides Trump would run a normal administration.

Things were more affordable, gas was cheaper, energy was cheaper, food was cheaper, deficit was lower, jobs were more plentiful, GDP was higher, inflation was lower, there were far less military actions, our allies were our allies and not looking to make deals with China, the news was boring, you heard from the president when you needed to hear from him.

I'll grant you that Biden waited too long to negotiate immigration reform but he did it. It was a legislative solution that would live on past presidents. Trump illegal actions wont live past him. Hell, the courts have neutered most of his actions, although it took time.

Biden got gas down to $3.10 which is $1.50 lower than today.
