In some ways yes, in A LOT of ways NOW, TODAY? NO!

I think it was necessary but it should end. I've seen enough. We did as much as we should/could for blacks and women. From here on out they understand what it takes to make it to the top. It's not easy. The experiment is over. Turns out a lot of these DEI's don't know what the **** they are doing. Or they are WORSE to employees than the white men they replaced.

My brother remembers hiring his female replacement to be VP of HR. A woman who worked for him said "Isn't it wonderful...?" Soon after that the woman fired her. My brother went to her desk as she was putting her stuff in a box and he asked her if she still thought a woman boss is wonderful. She said "ya right". LOL.
