They don't use words like tolerate or respect, they use "affirm". That means the teacher has to agree with and promote whatever the students want. This is blatantly unconstitutional.

This simply means that teachers should discourage discrimination for a whole host of reasons (LGBTQ being only one of them)

The lawsuits from the 1% of detransitioners? That's some of the lowest regret rate in medical practice. Regret for mastectomies to treat cancer is higher at 5%.

As well as the ones that transitioned, realized they didn't get what they want, but somehow convinced themselves to live with it because there is no going back once past a certain point.
