You mean, in the hands of her aides who did have top secret clearance? the lawyers and IT guy did not read them according to the FBI's investigation........no indication her server was not hacked according to the FBI, so none of the server top secret emails are on the net or wikileaks but the emails released by the state department with clearance for the public through their redaction....

hence, she didn't commit a crime ...

She made a mistake, so what? People make mistakes all the time...and they get to learn from them and move on....WHY do you all want to treat the Clintons different from everyone else?

Kerry sent her a top secret email when she first became secretary of State, seasoned top secret handlers with the government who were aware of her server sent her tens of thousands of emails, no one spoke up and none of the people who sent her sensitive stuff are being called out for goodness sake...WHY IS THAT?

It's because it was and probably still is to a degree, a systemic problem within our government....it's been loose as a goose, long before Hillary and even long after Hillary....
