It's only the republican version of the vaccines that contain those.
 
Not having seen the vaccine under a microscope there is no telling what kind of microscopic organisms it has.
There was a screenshot the other day online of a 400x scope picture that did show something that looked similar to parasites but I did not save the link or get the screenshot. It could be that what they were seeing is the spikes that came loose from the concoctions that they have created for the vaccines.
