New FBI files reveal Jack Smith targeted the ‘entire Republican political apparatus,’ spark calls for Judge Boasberg’s impeachment

One of the first things Joe Biden did was discontinue the investigation into China/ covid.. Joe Biden (Administration) squished anything that related to The Stolen election and covid. Very telling

Hey bullshit peddler, whats this?

The report also confirms the disagreement among U.S. agencies, with the National Intelligence Council and other intelligence agencies favoring the natural origin theory, while the FBI and Energy Department favor the lab leak hypothesis. The CIA has not taken a position.

The intelligence was released to comply with a law Congress passed unanimously and President Joe Biden signed in March.

analysis that began under the Biden administration is released by the C.I.A.’s new director, John Ratcliffe

The House Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack on the United States Capitol released their final report on December 22, 2022.

To me that looks like investigations that took place under Biden related to 2020 election and Covid origins, wtf do YOU think that is?

I imagine you are already enrolled but if not simply express interest to the powers that be and after it’s determined you are not a mole then you will be good to go

:cuckoo: WTF is "powers that be" supposed to mean?

You are completely out to lunch.

Because of the election of Joe Biden

....What about election of Joe Biden???

Joe Biden's own son got convicted under Joe Biden and his Republican prosecutor never once had any complaints about inappropriate interference from the WH, so what the hell are you talking about?

Trump on the other hand fired his own appointee, pressured DOJ for indictments and installed his personal insurance lawyer with zero prosecutorial experience to bring those indictments.

We thinkers know you have trouble in taking initiative but I’ve shown you the way but can’t do it for you

Joe Biden or whoever was running the show was the one who brought Jack Smith in. Biden instigated ALL the Trump fake investigations . Joe Biden discontinued investigation into covid and Amplified the Jan 6 Insurrection hoax. Joe Biden or whoever was running the show ran good cover for all of the Democrat hoaxes, and election malfeasance.

New FBI files reveal Jack Smith targeted the ‘entire Republican political apparatus,’

spark calls for Judge Boasberg’s impeachment

29 Oct 2025 ~~ By Josh Christenson

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) released additional FBI files Wednesday revealing that hundreds more Republican groups and persons were targeted in a “fishing expedition” brought by special counsel Jack Smith.
In a press conference alongside other GOP senators, Grassley announced that he was making public the 197 subpoenas issued by Smith as part of the Arctic Frost probe, which became “the vehicle by which FBI agents and DOJ prosecutors could improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus.”
“I’ve obtained through legally protected whistleblower disclosures,” Grassley said. “197 subpoenas were issued by Jack Smith and his team. These subpoenas were issued to 34 individuals and 163 businesses, including financial institutions.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), one of the nine Republicans whose phone metadata was sought, said “Arctic Frost is Joe Biden’s Watergate.”
“Merrick Garland was a fundamentally corrupt attorney general. Jack Smith was a fundamentally corrupt prosecutor. This was a political enemies list from the beginning,” he told reporters, brandishing the court order that demanded AT&T hand over his cell records to the feds.
The order was signed by US District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg and barred the cell carrier from letting Cruz know about the request “for at least one year,” he said.
“We don’t know that for a fact, but I feel confident that he concluded it’s likely that Lindsey Graham would destroy evidence and Marsha Blackburn would destroy evidence, and Eric Schmitt would destroy evidence, and Chuck Grassley would destroy evidence,” Cruz went on.
“If a judge signs an order reaching a factual conclusion for which there is zero evidence whatsoever, that judge is abusing his power. I am right now calling on the House of Representatives to impeach Judge Boasberg.”
Boasberg issued a scathing order against the Trump administration earlier this year to halt deportation flights of alleged MS-13, Tren de Aragua and other gang members from the US to a Salvadoran mega-prison.
“Judge James E. Boasberg,” Cruz seethed, “that radical leftist judge who is out of control, who has been issuing nationwide injunctions one after the other trying to stop President Trump from carrying out his mandate for the voters.”
~Snip~
Garland, Deputy AG Lisa Monaco and FBI Director Christopher Wray all authorized the investigation, according to other files released by Grassley.
The Senate Judiciary Committee chairman previously published FBI records that showed that at least nine Republican lawmakers in Congress had their call logs requested by Smith’s team from phone carriers.
~Snip~
Cruz revealed in Wednesday’s press conference that AT&T refused to comply with the subpoena for his phone records, claiming Arctic Frost had engaged in an unconstitutional attempt to infringe on speech rights.
Reps for Smith and Boasberg did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Commentary:
This latest revelation has revealed that there is more evidence the DOJ and FBI were, crawling with snakes, rats, and cockroaches. Anyone who thinks the bad guys in both organizations only exist /existed “at the top” better get with the program el quicko. The rot and corruption within the DOJ/FBI is systemic and thriving. There was no possible way Bondi, Patel, and Bongino would be able to clean it all up in a few short months. I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it will to take years to claen-up this mess That’s if we’re lucky.
Should the Democrats take back the WH in 2028 and gain control of the Senate at the same time, everything this administration did to rewire the Justice Department and all its subsidiaries will be obliterated in a New York minute. That’s the reality folks just so you know.
Given the gravity of the offense, indictment, trial and ultimately prison time for all involved is the only equitable punishment/restitution.
Sedition, Conspiracy, RICO, Election Interference, Perjury, Civil Rights Violations, Illegal Wiretapping, Campaign Finance Violations are just the starters/
Merrick Garland, Christopher Wray, and Jack Smith need to be ARRESTED by the FBI and taken into Custody TODAY. The number of Felonies and the CONSPIRACIES they engaged in is by far the biggest POLITICAL CRIME and CIVIL RIGHTS Violation in United States History.
Those that scream loudest at their adversaries, are usually guilty of exactly what they are accusing their adversaries of - You can take that to the bank!

No clear evidence they(Boasberg and Jack Smith)acted illegally; Cruz said it to argue the probe was politically motivated and improperly targeted him. :)

Why:

- Courts can lawfully issue orders requiring phone carriers to produce metadata and delay notifying the subscriber when prosecutors show a need (to avoid tipping off targets or risking evidence loss). Chief Judge James Boasberg signed such an order for metadata in this investigation — a routine judicial act when the legal standard for nondisclosure is met.

- Jack Smith, as special counsel, has statutory authority to seek subpoenas and court orders in federal investigations; seeking metadata via a judge is a standard prosecutorial tool.

- Cruz’s claim that their actions were illegal reflects his view that the investigation was politically driven and that secrecy and scope were improper; he framed the nondisclosure and targeting as evidence of misconduct.

- Whether the subpoenas or nondisclosure orders were legally proper is for courts and oversight to decide; public filings and judges’ signatures indicate they followed the legal process, though critics dispute the merits and scope. :)

The house select committee turned out to be a joke. A partisan hackery to be ridiculed. LOL there was no insurrection.

Biden or whoever was running that Administration shut down the real investigation into covid. Only a fool like you would trust China to investigate it themselves and come up with accurate results.

You do know that Russia hacked the DNC, right?

Some people tried to say it was a guy named Seth Rich, but that's just because they believe Russian propaganda.
Where did you get that information about Russia? Shawn Henry, the chief security officer of CrowdStrike, the organization who investigated the DNC servers in 2016, testified in front of Congress that there was no proof that Russia was the ones who hacked the DNC. So, unless you have evidence that shows that CrowdStrike is wrong, then all you know is what the media told you, and once again, they created a narrative instead of reporting facts.

It just means they can’t prove anything was copied somewhere else. They only have circumstantial evidence that the data was copied and transferred. That doesn't mean it wasn’t hacked, or that copy and transfer was the only way to get the information.

Marener is pushing the narrative that was put out that Russia SPECIFICALLY hacked into the DNC servers. I'm just providing info from the company that did the investigation that they couldn't prove that they did it. They stated it as fact when it is, as you said, circumstantial evidence at best that anybody hacked in the system at all.

Don't confuse trumples with people who have any regard whatsoever for the facts or the truth. They spew their nonsense, get corrected, refuse to accept the correction, and move on to the next lie.

They specifically got access to the network by Phishing Podesta. It's a question of evidence that there was a huge data transfer to get the emails they dumped. Not a question of who infiltrated the DNC's network.

Read the Mueller report. It contains all the evidence a reasonable person would need.

The chief security officer who did the investigation says differently. How about you link where in the Mueller report that says that there's clear evidence that Russia did it.

Does CrowdStrike have evidence that data was exfiltrated from the DNC network?

Yes. Shawn Henry stated in his testimony to the House Intelligence Committee that CrowdStrike had indicators of exfiltration (page 32) and that data had clearly left the network. Also, on page 2, the Intelligence Community Assessment also confirmed that the Russian intelligence agency GRU “had exfiltrated large volumes of data from the DNC.”

Did CrowdStrike see in real-time the adversaries exfiltrate data and emails from the DNC network?

No and that’s typical for incident response cases. In the vast majority of cyber investigations, incident responders don’t witness exfiltration in real-time. In fact, often we are called in after theft has taken place. We collect forensics, evidence of prior activity on the network, map where the adversary has gained access and prepare remediation plans. In this particular case, CrowdStrike saw circumstantial evidence of data exfiltration from the DNC network. As a reference point circumstantial evidence is the type of evidence such as DNA analysis or fingerprints that are fully admissible in courts. Shawn Henry stated in his testimony that CrowdStrike had indicators of exfiltration (page 32 of the testimony): “Counsel just reminded me that, as it relates to the DNC' we have indicators that data was exfiltrated. We did not have concrete evidence that data was exfiltrated from the DNC, but we have indicators that it was exfiltrated.' and circumstantial evidence that data was taken as he states on page 75 ”so there is circumstantial evidence that it was taken” and page 76: “MR. HENRY: So, to go back, because I think it's important to characterize this. We didn't have a network sensor in place that saw data leave' We said that the data Ieft based on the circumstantial evidence. That was a conclusion that we made. when I answered that question, I was trying to be as factually accurate' I want to provide the facts. so I said that we didn't have direct evidence' But we made a conclusion that the data left the network.” On page 32 of the testimony, Henry also explains that “We don't have video of it happening, but there are indicators that it happened” and “we did not have concrete evidence that data was exfiltrated from the DNC, but we have indicators that it was exfiltrated.” As another reference point, the independent report by Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller also cites the theft of documents from the DNC and DCCC on page 40, stating the following: Officers from Unit 26165 stole thousands of documents from the DCCC and DNC networks, including significant amounts of data pertaining to the 2016 U.S. federal elections. Stolen documents included internal strategy documents, fundraising data, opposition research, and emails from the work inboxes of DNC employees.”
