So straight off: lots of cursing in this video, but I love this sardonic chef. Many of his recipe reactions are just this cutting, but he also recently reacted to a guy making peach cobbler from scratch, including the ice cream, and had nothing but high praise for it.

I would feel bad for this poor lady he is figuratively fileting here, but honestly--in the age of ubiquitous media, she should know her limitations. This casserole is, I'm sure, a passable dish for her family, but maybe not something you want to share with the entire....world. I say this as only a decent cook myself.

Great recipe if you enjoy indigestion and a major spike in your blood sugar. A precursor to a life of diabetes down the road.
