The video taken by the lady in pink close to the event shows:

The confrontation began between one ICE Agent and a lady as well as the individual shot -- the Agent was forcefully moving them out of the middle of the street while an ICE operation was underway.

The person shot was actually in the middle of the street directing cars to drive through the enforcement operation -- there were ICE Agents in the street. The guys actions were causing hazards for them.

The agent then pushes a lady down when she stumbles in the snow while going backwards.

The guy comes to he assistance, and the Agent then pushes him and he pushes back.

THAT is an 18 USC 111 violation. I can show you a few dozen videos where similar or less contact at the Capitol produced 18 USC 111 charges, and "defense of others" was not allowed.

Now the guy is subject to arrest for felony assault with physical contact.

That's when the scuffle to restrain and cuff him begins.

Still looking at the video to see where -- as reported by others -- he makes an effort to pull his gun while this is happening.

As with Good -- I don't see a single Officer pull his gun PRIOR to the warning is yelled "HE HAS A GUN".

Again, that's the training.

I see the same thing. 7 or 8 agents had both hands on the guy. Suddenly all of them back away at the moment I hear multiple agents yell "GUN GUN GUN". Self-defensive fire ensues and the threat is neutralized.

FLETC training tells them to back away from the threat at that moment if they do not have a firearm drawn to allow the officer that does to neutralize the threat.
