I understand the thinking, and if from another city or town, I think it would be a good fit. I was with a Cavalry unit, mobilized to a different city. The commander was actually from that city and ran a prison near there in civilian life, so he knew the city, the key players from the city. The Unit had been mobilized to there before, during the King assassination, with enough still in the unit, they knew what we were facing.

I know the Guard and the Army, but do not know the thinking of that Adjutant General. Tried looking up unit mobilized, but could not determine.
