New: CBP Shoots and Kills Man in MN

What's gawn awn, Sparky? Long time, no see.
the snow is higher that the pigs here........and they're out in it......
And, yeah, I know. I was just wondering whether or not the warrant was actually served unimpeded is all. Or if the incident occured when they first pulled up or if the incident occured well in the perimeter of where the warrant was served/attempted to be served.
I'm probably not the best one to answer your Q, because there's apparently a lot of legalese that even constitutional scholars argue over......way outta my league.....~S~

I believe in part that law enforcement over some decades is taking some of the heat from how some of the police departments across the nation abused citizens. ICE is still a law enforcement entity. And some people have glee watching what is happening. I believe in the rights of citizens. I also believe that we need some type of law enforcement when we go too far. When the power though destroys you or disregards the laws within their own departments, it causes seething that lasts years, decades, lifetimes and to the grave. Everything is corrupted even if records are locked and/or expunged. They are not. The corrupted get access. And most police, corrections, security abuse that. If employees within screw with other employees within it makes it tedious and they end up getting away with it while perhaps some get a financial payoff. We are still heading for a cliff that where people fall will be different.
No doubt power corrupts. That is why there is supposed to be so many checks and balances and independence of many offices. It reduces the likelihood of collusion to grab power. I agree we need to make sure that our leaders know they are governing the willing, until we arent willing.

You probably wont agree with this part but one of the reasons the US moved through Trump's first term generally unscathed is because of the independence of many offices kept his bad tendencies in check. He isnt making that mistake again.

Well, legal arguments seem to be out of a lot of people's league, and I just wish people would stop making stupid choices that unnecessarily cost them their lives.

I can understand.

The difference between your normal state of mind and that of a normal person after a quart of Bacardi 151 is so slight as to be indistinguishable.

Hey now, just because you can handle it doesn't mean everyone else can. :auiqs.jpg:

Liar.

Thanks Saul. Coming from you, I feel like I've accomplished something.

Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah.....

Dumb.......

312 to 226. The dummies won.

Thank heavens your women look like purple topped tanks.

Yep. You are also allowed to drive on a wet road at 70 MPH.

Correct. Never said different. You are also allowed a car that can go faster than 70 mph.

I'm sure he checked in with ICE before he got involved.

They didn't know that.

I am not defending them. I'm telling you he made some poor judgement calls.

Watching a video makes us dangerous.

Who knew?

Sure it is.

I'm excusing ICE. Where?

What I am doing is calling this guy a moron for what he did.

I don't recall ever saying ICE was justified.

Oh, I'm crushed. An internet homo calls me names and I just feel so bad.

A homo that can't read or comprehend what's been said and, instead, uses his confirmational bias as a basis for his comments. To bad you can't be a little more clever.
1) I'm against abortion and people who call themselves 'they' and 'them'. Yeah, I'm a true blue leftie.
2) Sure you won. But as I have stated many times on this board (which you probably haven't seen, which is fair enough), I do not think of all Republicans as Deplorables. Only those that follow their Orange Jesus. There are plenty of righties who voted for the Buffoon because they couldn't stand Kamala or Dems, not because they liked him. There is a difference. Somebody like you are incapable of nuance. Lack of intellect I guess.
3) Nothing wrong with driving on a wet road at 70mph as long as it is legal. Piss weak argument.
4) Why was he a moron. I wouldn't be surprised if you supported Rittenwhat'shisname, who was actually open carrying a semiauto. Pretti not only had his gun holstered, but didn't even look like using it. ICE only knew about it AFTER they put him to the ground and his jacket rode up on his back. He was well under control by then.
5) Now you know my sexuality by reading my posts. Just another confirmation of you lack of intelligence - especially when it comes to decisionmaking.

If you are carrying, and you won't comply with orders, and they think you are reaching for your gun, you will get shot.

Who doesn't know this in 2026?

Unfortunately this might just trigger the Insurrection Act, because the Left has whipped their people into a total frenzy.
Is that honestly what YOU saw in the video?
I never saw his hand on or near his gun.
If you did, then point it out on the video.
He, the now dead man, was aiding another person when he was attacked by the murderer while being sprayed.

Did the dead man attempt to reach for his gun?
Show us where.

You are a lying SOS

Do not misinterpret what I typed. There are a huge percentage of people in those fields of employment who are great. Everything we do is cliques. It is those who are power hungry and in league with the judicial system that helps to cause roadblocks to true freedom. Interpretation of any event of any person causes destruction. I believe we are living through this now and it is to your advantage. Intangibles are a mighty inducement. Still. You guys are not freedom. For if the money dries up, we are screwed with a major party that is trending communist. Trump took on swampers to survive. He has not taken any rights from Progs. He has limited the transexuals, men wearing dresses in public schools though.

LOL Another idiot defending the murder we all have seen from every angle now. They had his legal carry gun, he never reached for it, It is a clear case of murder.

I the interest to of providing a different view for the sake of humanity, it is often difficult for things to go perfectly under ideal conditions, thus meaning that someone can be 100% correct and 100% dead at the same time, with the understanding that some very poor decisions on their part may not exceed the volatility of an otherwise less than perfect condition.

An empty holster and spare mags only means there is a firearm unaccounted for in a struggle between officers and a subject.
Law enforcement officers are also concerned about losing their own firearm during a struggle with a subject.

From a safe distance, absolutely video them. That does not include:

1. Beating on them.
2. Throwing ice bottles at them
3. Biting off their fingers
4. Blowing whistles in their faces
5. Running over them with Hondas

Got it?

If you think this is normal, have a buddy of yours film you walking up to ANY POLICE OFFICER YOU CHOOSE and do ANY OF THESE things and let us see how it turns out for you
I would like to know if there are any normal police in Minisota if so where the hell were they?

She didn't get her hand blown off, but she apparently picked up an explosive device and messed up her hand.

Illegal aliens out now.
Simpletons like you don't get to make policy.

Walz is using rhetoric to anger the people.

Trump also said to be peaceful, at his J6 speech. Funny how you all credit Walz for saying it but not trump.

The incitement aspect is the exact same. Not just from Walz, but other democrat leaders.

Because Walz didn't spend three months riling people up like Trump did and organizing the demonstration (which again, are mostly peaceful.)

And now it comes out -- to the surprise of nobody -- that CBP agents refused medical treatment to Pretti.

Jail. Now.

Of course, the fact he was already dead from multiple gunshot wounds probably wouldn't have anything to do with their decision not to provide CRP.

According to their statement, the "unnamed" pediatrician didn't find a pulse, after being allowed to examine Pretti and finding a fatal gunshot wound to the upper left chest, a gunshot wound to the neck, and still conducted CRP until EMS took over, contrary to the idea they were not allowed to render aid, although praying for a miracle might have worked better.

Additional statements from the "unnamed" pediatrician also indicated that they were very much in line with the protestor's view and that their medical opinion was certainly not the only opinion they desired to express, and they should be taken as seriously as or the mailman's statements if you so desire.

Of course, the entire article and the unnamed pediatrician's statements were wrought with contradictions and more commentary than anything else.

That's right, peope dont die immediately.

Youre so used to lying and making things up, like you just did, that you don't even realize that you're doing it. You lie the way others breathe.

Now the doughy ICE and CBP sissies are staring down a force of ACTUAL, trained soldiers who have all the same armor and guns.

Watch how quickly these little ICE and CBP twats start to beg out of the Minnesota deployment.

No one including the "unnamed" pediatrician said he wasn't dead, although the "unnamed" pediatrician had a lot to say about everything that had nothing to do with their medical opinion.

Pretending he was alive doesn't make any more sense.
However, you lied when you stated the "unnamed" pediatrician wasn't allowed to render aid.

Irrelevant.

When did he die? Tell me when.

You don't know?

Then I promise you that 8 CBP dipshits didnt know, either. Especially when refusing medical care.

What they did is unethical and immoral and against all LEO training.

But you're such and embarrasisng bootlicker that you cant help but try to create an alternate reality where it isn't.
