Evidently it flopped. I wasn't going to see it. I seldom go to the movies. I don't watch superhero movies generally. I make it a point to avoid movies and TV shows with black stars but it flopped.

No, there is still the Green Hulk, this is the Red Hulk - a different character.
Maybe it helps to the basic passing judgement on the script.
The basis of the movie is from existing comics.

Changing the skin color of a traditional white character is racist. Captain America is white. Always has been. What about a film about MLK with a white actor playing him? Would that really make sense?

Steve Rogers has always been white, but he passed on the Captain America mantel to a black man.
