Going thru my mother's things I found this. It was my father's from when he was a young man. I tho't I'd share it.

The Hotel Astor hired a new bus driver & had instructed him; when the incoming trains arrived, he was to announce in a loud voice, "Free bus to the Hotel Astor".
On his first trip to the depot he kept repeating to himself, "Free bus to the Hotel Astor", until he mastered it perfectly.
Upon arriving at the depot he became confused at all the voices & started yelling the following. "Free hotel at the Bust your Astor". I mean, "Free your bust at the Hotel Astor". I mean, "Freeze your ass at the Hotel Bastard". I mean, "Bust your ass at the Hotel Freeze. I mean,--------
"Oh shit! Take a street car"!

Thanks Joz---reminded me of an old friend who has died but his favorite saying was " well kiss my ass at the Hotel Buster ". Good memories !
