This was the question, did police receive info from 911 operators, and STILL refused to go in?
It seems beyond belief, that police officers from ANY agency would still refuse to get that goddamn door open, knowing little children were inside being shot at.

"Child is advising he is in the room, full of victims. Full of victims at this moment," 911 dispatcher told police

In the days following the deadly elementary school massacre in Uvalde, Texas new details have been released in connection with the shooting. New footage, obtained by ABC News, offers details of the scene that unfolded outside of Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas as chaos erupted inside the building.

Per ABC News, the footage "appears to capture a 911 dispatcher alerting officers on scene that they were receiving calls from children who were alive inside the classroom that the gunman had entered -- as law enforcement continued to wait nearly an hour and a half to enter the room."

A dispatcher in the video could reportedly be heard saying, "Child is advising he is in the room, full of victims. Full of victims at this moment."

There was a concern about the rights of the accused here, the police realize what can happen when they remember the Michael Brown case in Ferguson and the George Floyd case in Minneapolis.

Its easy to call someone a "coward" in this kind of case, but the police officers realized their number one obligation is to their own families and not to piss their livelihoods away and let their own children starve.

Gun grabbers are floating an article on various new feeds about the supposed failure of "the good-guy-with-a-gun theory" vis-a-vis the debacle in Uvalde.

Idiots!

This was a failure of a stupid police chief with more than a dozen guns.

Disagree. Standard police procedure is to engage active shooters as soon as possible, i.e., as soon as ample personnel and firepower are on the scene. That's the job. But more than an hour elapsed after that moment before police engaged this monster.

WHAT? You seem to be mistaking sworn police officers with sanitation workers.
With your logic, cops wouldn't investigate a simple B&E. Might be dangerous.
They were absolutely COWARDS & should hang their heads in shame for the rest of their lives.

Cowards is too nice a word for them. That you defend this says it all.

Bottom line is they were trying every possible PC way to avoid killing this minority and as THE Result more children died.

That delay smacks of panic and a mental break with reality. What a tragedy that was.
