What you have is the free market vs governmental control. One is imperfect and one is potentially catastrophic.

With "NET NEUTRALITY" un-elected bureaucrats make judgements about fairness with legal backing, and with no check on their political bias. While judicial processes that exist today are cumbersome. it gives a hearing to both sides; i.e. the ISP provider and the group claiming they are not getting a fair deal.

A court can then decide.

It should also, be noted, that proponents of "Net Neutrality" complain that bigger, wealthier clients get better service. Now, is that not true in EVERY SITUATION IN LIFE? Better homes, better schooling, better healthcare, better restaurants, better neighborhoods.
