So by September 10, 2020--what the states and tribes have to do is complete additional application paperwork! That is just to get processing started to set up the cumbersome bureaucracies--maybe 100 or more--to get the actual required paperwork from the potential beneficiaries.

Not to lose sight of the poetic justice. This is not unemployment enhancement. That was the $600.00 weekly benefit amount, via Equal Protection Under Law! This is DISASTER RELIEF, NOT NECESSARILY WITH BASIS IN ABSOLUTE NEED, EVEN: $100 PER WEEK REQUIRED IN EXISTING BENEFITS--UNEQUAL TREATMENT!

Developed from the Careless Minds at the Trumped-Up Administration: This is Disaster Relief! The disaster commenced when the Trumped-Up Administration created an essentially racist response to travel and immigration--completely like in the case of Hispanic Immigrants. "Flying Chinese" were prohibited entry into the USA. The apparent basis was allegations of newly contagious bats with Chinese passports(?): Credible at the Trumped-Up White House. So the Flying Chinese were banned and the "Super-Spreader," Trumped-Up atrocity--worldwide entry otherwise allowed--was under way.

The outcome has been a disaster. The recourse to FEMA Disaster Relief--by the Trumped-Up Administration, the cause of it all--is appropriate, justified, and woefully inadequate, even again. It all dries up in a matter of hours, maybe weeks.
