These same Dem states have been trying to get a federal bail out since Obama was elected in 2008 long before the virus. But typical of Dems not letting a crisis go to waste. If there's a national crisis they will hold relief hostage for PORK spending which is the case here.

Now that they are under funded 100's of billions of dollars they want taxpayers in other states to foot the bill. Remember the GM pension bail out Obama crammed through, multiply that by 20x.

That's not true. They are not innocent in this by a longshot. But we have massive and many programs where if it starts at ten dollars, by the time it gets to the intended person it may be one dollar. The real trickle down theory.
