So FEMA Does Pay Unemployment Due To The Trump Administration Disaster Response--But Normally Differently, And Not Flu-Related(?)!

Since now it is widely known that the FEMA reimbursement of $300.00 per week for unemployment--may at least last a few hours; and that States and Jurisdictions set up separate offices from regular unemployment, and that states can elect to contribute $100.00 per week; but that persons with less than $100.00 per week in existing unemployment benefits are excluded. ACCORDING TO FEMA THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS, AS LATE AS MARCH, 2020!

The Trumped-Up Memorandum regarding unemployment assistance is not like regular FEMA unemployment assistance at all! The "GO-IT-ALONE Disaster relief is further disaster on top of the Trumped-Up Administration's Disastrous Response to the plague!

First: The Disaster is the Trumped-Up Administration's response to the plague: Disallowing safeguards at the border--the points of entry--for any nation world-wide. At that point, a worldwide pre-lockdown measure was needed. Only Mainland China was targeted. (Illiterates can't read the Intel reports, USA--the Disaster in the making!). New Zealand had four recent cases--and went back into a rational response.

Second: Congress generally authorizes funding. Presidents don't authorize the funding, even including only for their family, friends, and associates(?). The Memorandum makes that kind of exclusives-only response! There are specific exclusions. The $600.00, through regular unemployment: Had created Equal Protection Under Law. FEMA normally goes through the regular unemployment agencies, reimbursing the states for administrative expenses. That is in the link. That is not in Memorandum, recently Trumped-Up. Separate bureaucracy is created instead. Separate rules even happen.

Thirdly: Poor people, most heavily impacted from usual disaster: Are not excluded from Regular FEMA unemployment benefits. The Trumped-Up Memorandum excludes poor people specifically and hideously--those more impacted from the Trumped-Up Administration Disaster. IF CURRENT BENEFITS ARE LESS THAN $100.00 PER WEEK, THEN THERE IS NO ELIGIBILITY FOR RELIEF FROM THE TRUMPED-UP ADMINISTRATION DISASTER!

In Republican Business-As-Usual: The people they hit the hardest are the people excluded from aid!

Their own regulations for Relief from the Trumped-Up Disaster are even an embarrassment to usual FEMA rules and regulations.

Their Disaster--their response to the the worldwide spread of a virus--is compounded and the more embarrassing in their recent disregard of usual FEMA procedues.
