The whole family (except the youngest) gathered 'round to watch the NCAA D1 finals last night. It was great. Especially the heavyweight match. My wife doesn't really know much about wrestling, and my oldest son just recently got more involved. So, there was a lot of discussing and explaining the sport. Afterward, we caught some of the March Madness games.

Thats cool !

BTW: I don't care if pro-wrestling is fake...it was great back in the 70's when I was a kid.

I'm with you Unkotare. I love the NCAA wrestling championships. For me, that's the real March madness.

Btw, President Trump got a roaring ovation when he arrived at the finals. After the heavyweight (and final) match, the winner ran over to him draped in the American flag to shake his hand. It was pretty moving.

Trump thought he was going to a WWE event

At the very end of the heavyweight match my wife, my oldest son, and me were all cheering so much we woke up our little one.

Did you catch AR-St Johns? Calipari bested Pitino again, but the difference in their head-to-head is not that great.

Great sport and a good base for self defense. I have always enjoyed it going back to the 1970s on Wide World of Sports.

Dean F, what would be "fake news" about watching a sporting event? Again, this is a strange troll-starter.

The HW match was really really good. First time dude was taken down all year happens in the final 30 seconds of the NCAA finals.
