The headline says that $1,000 was given to the woman, but the write up its self says that $50.00 was given to her plus toys and clothes for her kid as well as two concert tickets. I am guessing that the tickets, toys, and clothes was $950 dollars worth of stuff?

In my opinion, the singer should be identified, not just because of the good difference that they made, but because of what they said to her: “I have to respect a mother that would do whatever it takes to support their child in a society where people don’t even want to work anymore.”

To me, every person who steps up to help another person deserves the proper shout out when too many people out there do not give a flying flip anymore about anything! A country singer being the person who did this doesn't surprise me and because country has never been the most popular music, all the more reason for the name of the singer to be out there. How often do you hear about non country singers being responsible for such helpful occurrences? Yeah, they may keep it under their hat too should they wear at hat, but that is only if they actually do keep anything under the hat to begin with!

That lady who got all of the loot should've given the name of who helped her. What better way to repay what was done for her than to help that singer score some new fans?
