Actually ‘race’ is a social construct. It’s made up. Unlike sex, which is a medically verifiable unchangeable fact.

Majority of Americans fall into two groups- those that think they evolved and came from Africa, and those who think they descended from Adam and Eve in the Middle East.

So yes, you can change your race on a whim.
But never sex.
