An NBC medical expert who was brought on air nearly a dozen times to detail his struggle with COVID-19 never had the virus, he revealed this week.

After believing he had the coronavirus in spite of getting negative tests, virologist and NBC News science contributor Dr. Joseph Fair tweeted Tuesday that he had tested negative for the antibodies and that the illness that hospitalized him in May "remains an undiagnosed mystery." Steve Krakauer reported on the developments for his Fourth Watch newsletter.

You can be guaranteed this is happening at other agencies, I suspect CNN as well.

This is the type of stuff Trumps team has to call out. "How can we trust media to be straight and honest with us if they clearly misrepresent and play Americans for fools"?

There should be swift consequences for this, but there never is. While China laughs at the way to the bank.

Trump has totally fallen flat on all of this shit, all of the wonderful things he has done are completely cloaked due to his communication failings, which are proving fatal, he needs serious fucking help, now! If Dr. Fair was actually a patient in the hospital, his diagnosis is crystal clear. Suffering from a case of Munchausen's Syndrome. But my guess is that he was actually just hanging out at an NBC safe house posing for the cameras while NBC writers looked to extend this Fake Story and impress their audiences. In that case, the differential diagnosis for Dr. Fair is just garden variety TDS- Trump Derangement Syndrome. No cure for TDS.
