So the NG gets paid on the 15th and 1st of the month, end of the year check would come on the first of the month as in this week would be Friday Dec 30th since Jan 1 is on Sunday. If they were paid on the 15th of December they have the check before Christmas, so therefore your title is pure bullshit.
