I have posted elsewhere that the fact that the Democrats now have AOC and Crockett emerging as the leaders of the Democrat Party illustrates how ridiculously thin the Democrat bench is.

But could they be elected? If the GOP blows it and doesn't produce measurable and appreciated results by the 2028 election, I wouldn't say that is impossible. Not after the Democrats had nobody better than a senile/severely cognitively impaired old Democrat professional politian with almost nothing commendable to show as a track record to run in 2020 and, after a disastrous first term, again in 2024. And when he was obviously losing in 2024, they replaced him with another professional politician with a non existent commendable track record and the lowest approval rating for a VP in U.S. history.

They have no ethics, no morals, no vision, no agenda they can defend, and apparently nobody of merit to run for much of anything these days.

Don't sell those who fund Democrats short as to what they'll blow their money on. They funded Kamala and Democrats outspent Republicans by more than 70% in 2024 only to lose the White House and Senate and failed to retake the House. Any idiot that would bet big money on a Joe Biden or Kamala Harris would probably put it on AOC or Crockett as well.
