IMHO in order to drain the swamp...they need the cases all PROVABLE IN COURT air tight...and they need to do it all at once!

And there are other considerations, like not having the possibility of appeal in a DC court room.

That's the reason it's taking so long.

Then one day BAM! Everybody gets arrested on the same weekend.No possibility of enacting an "exit strategy".

If Nancy doesn't hold an impeachment inquiry vote with the whole House, the impeachment process is invalid, McConnell should send any "articles" back to the House to do the impeachment process in the correct order:
1. Whole House votes for an "impeachment inquiry", and GOP gets subpoena power. See McCarthy's letter to Nancy.
2. Committees investigate and pass articles, forward to the whole House.
3. Whole House votes on each article of impeachment.

Since Nancy took it upon herself, i.e. one congressperson, to authorize the "impeachment inquiry" its not a thing.
McConnell should just ignore it.

There is one problem with that... So many have gotten away, with so much, due to our two tiered legal system, that lynching's and the use of our second amendment rights to restore law and order are becoming more and more a very real threat.
