The NAACP has nothing to lose and everything to gain by asking elite Black athletes to make a decision based on a political position the NAACP and their Democrat masters want. Notice the NAACP is not asking all Blacks to pull out of state universities in the South.

If I’m a Black college football player at an Alabama, Tennessee, Texas, etc. - even if I agree with the political position of the NAACP, I politely decline the organization’s request. The NAACP needs to put more skin in the game; literally, their own.

This, while probably not having a tremendous effect, is a great idea! Even if a few really talented 5 star players boycott red states, it will be meaningful. And before MAGA gets their panties in a wad, Trump and his cult have for years called for a boycott of things offensive to Trump, such as the PGA, Nordstrom, Starbucks, the NFL, Netflick and Ford, among others.

I remember the days when the left wanted to keep black athletes off southern campuses,[out of the schools completely even] now that they've run themselves out of the south they have once again figured out how to achieve that end while remaining in the background and off the hook while a proxy does all the work for them...your obvious glee at this type of thing is proof of the white liberal who supports that behavior.

It is a good idea and the university in this town should dole out millions to invite some of these athletes to become part of this university.

I see any college athlete as intelligent enough to make up their own mind as to what school is most beneficial to attend. I'd think the NAACP would take some restraint at telling Blacks where to go, there has been far too much of that already.

Those southern schools wield a lot of clout in the pro football drafts.
Millions of dollars.
