My Wife Passed Away This Morning

Speaking as a man whose wife passed away last year, I can tell you for sure there is no greater pain than losing someone you loved for a very long time. My deepest condolences.

Getting older is a *****. Most of my family is gone. I'm pretty much all alone now.

I'm sorry for your loss.
I hope you have kids to remind you of the love.

I'm sure that she's smiling down from Heaven today watching our country become greater than it's ever had before. Although I realize that it doesn't make things easier for you. She has the best seat in the house though. 😊

Sorry for your loss.

I had to sit around a good hour waiting for the hospice nurse to come and confirm my mom's death.
More than likely the facility was understaffed and unfortunately, that`s very common. It takes a special kind of person to be a hospice nurse. My wife is a retired RN, but she rarely had to deal with those kinds of situations.

Elouise passed away this morning.

I'm still waiting for the nurse to get here to make it official.

I am very sorry to hear that Mudwhistle, I was not on until later yesterday, or would have extended our condolences, already.

We've been married 53 years and I can't imagine her leaving me, and it terrifies me. We've discussed it, but nothing prepares you for the inevitable, you just have to soldier on, and that's what your partner would want.

Sorry to hear of your loss. Best to you. I know you will feel the loss but it will get slightly easier as time goes by.
