DOGE and transparency under Trump. Rubio will publish where every "foreign aid" dollar goes, and DOGE will track it, unlike when the democrats had no transparency or tracking of taxpayer dollars. If Rubio misappropriates any money the democrats should track it down. I'm still waiting for Pam to indict some USAID folks for "waste, fraud, and theft".
