Am not a doc, but am sure that's an excellent habit, but the biome needs/thrives on all the fibers, too.

not hard to get fiber in the diet...

Yum. Our local Gaff's Meat & Specialty Foods market here in DeLand, Fl sells a $100 box of frozen freshly cut packages of frozen grass-fed beef in a variety of cuts, including London Broil, ground chuck, steaks, sausage, and chicken parts. My son, and I live together, and are into enjoying our 2nd box.
