Well thats incredibly disappointing. I had hoped that some common sense would come out of this nonsense.No, it doesn't apply to anyone but anti-vaxxers who want to run around the place diseased.
It is lucky that we cant catch hypocrisy because these idiots are super spreaders.

There is nothing preventing private businesses from demanding proof of vaccination as a condition of entry.
No U.S. government can MANDATE that any citizen get vaccinated, other then as a condition of government employment (including military). Possibly government contractors could be required to have all employees working on a particular contract vaccinated, but it would be necessary to allow for rational exceptions.
There are some legitimate reasons why one would not want to be vaccinated (e.g., pregnancy), and I have relatives who have chosen not to be vaccinated on moral grounds (vaccines developed using fetal tissue), but those people recognize that they might be excluded from some venues, and they accept that.
I also have relatives that don't want to be vaccinated for no reason at all, or merely to be contrary. Not sure what to do about them. I guess they will be excluded from some things, and they will just have to deal with it.
They will be heading to Sturgis...no surprise there, I guess.
