Dumb. Most undocumented immigrants don't sneak across the border, they come in on legitimate visas and then violate their visa terms.

Also, the notion that walls work is silly. If oceans and mountains can be overcome, anything built by man can be overcome.

Deploy the military to secure the border.

Besides being a violation of Posse commitatus we just don't have enough service members to do that. We barely have enough to keep our ships manned and our planes in the air. If a highly trained border patrol agent can't keep them out, you think an E-1 trained to be a cook can?

Cut off all foreign aid to South American countries until they stop the flow of immigrants.

They aren't coming from South America, they are coming from Central America... Not that we are sending a lot of aid to those countries to start with. It isn't like the 1980's when we were all terrified they might start liking communism, and we lavished tons of money on them.

No birth right citizenship for children born in the US via illegal immigration.

Violation of the 14th Amendment.

End DACA, a child is not a pass to enter.

DACA doesn't apply to the people who bring the kids, it applies to the kids.


Now, if you guys were serious about ending undocumented immigration, here's how you do it.
