And they won't as long as they are allowed to act this way. There is no reason for this in today's day and age. We are more enlightened and have more resources which show there are other ways to deal with their dissatisfaction than ever before. So I do believe it is , in part, a failing on the countries and cultures that allow these people to behave that way.
