Trump won the presidency twice now, despite more potential assassins in the Senate and Congress than in the days of Rome.
He is a convicted felon according to the courts ( law ). He hasn't been sentenced yet.It's simply a matter of time before he goes to prison. His lawyers are good but they can't undo the conviction. They have simply kept him out of prison so far.
The real crazies in Congress are on trumps' side. No threat there. There are plenty of nuts out in the public who hate him though. Thought I'd correct you : Congress is made up of the House of Representatives and the Senate so your use of the two words in your statement is incorrect.

Good question , hopefully something that hurts. A minimum of a year in prison and a hundred million fine would be a good starting point. Prefer he be treated like any other criminal. But we all know that's not going to happen
