No, it’s not.

The doctrine of free speech concerns solely the relationship between government and those governed, not between or among private persons and private entities – such as social media.

There is no ‘right’ to post hate speech on social media; how social media edits their content doesn’t ‘violate’ free speech.

Should Congress enact legislation making it illegal to post hate speech on social media, and Musk is arrested and prosecuted accordingly, that would be a violation of free speech and such a law would be in violation of the First Amendment.
