got pulled over yesterday...they let me go again...yeah I was weaving but the massive rain has created record number of potholes that must be dodged

No police force has been defunded of its budget. Name me one city that has no police force now that had one before..

The funds were reduced but that is not being defunded. As much as the pigs get in funding they should have to pay for court payout to victims of their abuse.
