Jaworski and Ken Starr, did the same for Nixon and Clinton... they did not press charges against these Presidents, they turned over a road map for Congress, to impeach them, or in the least, to begin impeachment hearings.

He was instructed to report to Congress at the outset of his appointment. Mueller was a Special Prosecutor that reported
only to the AG. When Mueller testifies before Congress there will be portions that he can give no answers on. Especially
on his own beliefs. Not without permission of the AG.

They would be fools to impeach knowing they are not going to win. Mueller left it up to the AG and the AG agreed with Mueller's
closing statement on Obstruction. We cannot conclude that a crime was committed. Game Over at that point. If the Prosecutor
cannot conclude that a crime was committed...that's it.

The Libs are having some conf call on Monday. (For those members that know how to use a telephone). That'll give some clue

Comey has stated on record that deleting 33,000 e-mails under subpoena, destroying mobile devices with a hammer, creating secret servers and using it to send classified e-mails and then using bleachbit to wipe that server clean was extremely careless, but no reasonable prosecutor would take those kinds of actions to trial. So, I think Trump is definitely in the clear based on prior FBI/DOJ determinations.

I have not been following details. How does Barr's decision prevent Congress from opening their own investigations and proceeding with impeachment? I did not think they needed a "crime" in order to impeach. Is that what you are thinking? That since Barr did not find a crime, Congress no longer has a leg to stand on?
