Sorry, but a country at war for its survival needs those women to work in the factories and take the place of the men at the front. Or even some women need to fight at the front. There is plenty of historical precedence in Slavic countries of women fighting alongside the men.

And they need those children to grow up and either fight or help those fighting. War is hell.

Those flights weren't orderly at all, they were giant bug outs, with little vetting.
