Sorry guys - you are grossly underestimating the will of this administration and the Democrats in both houses to abuse taxpayer money to patch up the economy. They will pull out all stops, enlist the FED - everything possible to try and avoid a possible 2nd recession. Look out for "emergency" tax relief for people who already don't pay income tax, looks out for QE3 which is almost certain...watch out for rent relief or additional welfare spending - anything and everything they can do to try to slow the summer decline.
They will waste $billions...just wait and see.
Obama will get close to 100% of Democratic votes, close to 80% of minority votes...all they have to do is win some independents.
