They are spinning off their low profit brands, they are keeping Bravo, NBC, NBC Sports, Peacock, Universal.

The ones leaving are MSNBC, Oxygen, CNBC, Syfy, Golf Channel, E! And USA Network.

But with one MASSIVE (and telling) caveat.

CNBC will stay CNBC with the peacock logo.

MSNBC will not.
